Based in Minneapolis, MN, Northern Coffeeworks’ mission is to be a catalyst for building community and culture by providing exceptional craft coffee which reflects the interests, outdoor scenery, heritage, and ambiance of its home state of Minnesota.

December 2020: Fiddlehead Coffee Co

Based in Rochester, MN this roaster founded in 2017 seeks to build and restore local community (and beyond) by establishing a culture of service and sustainability that is rooted in intentionality.

Is it good for the earth? Is it good for the community? These are the questions they ask themselves with every decision made.

At their core, they are an independent, family-owned micro-roastery based in Duluth, Minnesota focused on seasonal, single origin coffees. They source & roast fresh-crop coffees that meet strict environmental, social & quality standards and their offerings change throughout the year to highlight a variety of growing regions, processing methods & farmers.

Underwood Coffee

Based in Duluth, MN, Underwood Coffee is the culmination of years of experience working various roles in the specialty coffee industry. They only source responsibly grown coffees from Importers and Producers that they trust and respect. They then roast them with intention and care; showcasing them in a way that is approachable and inviting.
